Supporting the people who give animals safety, care and another chance.
Helping animals in need.
The Alice Sanctuary is a registered charity and farm animal sanctuary established in 2014 near Calgary. It provides care and healing for rescued, surrendered and abandoned farm animals and is home to more than 250 residents. Animals include horses, cows, donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep, llamas, alpaca-crosses, poultry and barn cats. The sanctuary also uses education and respectful interaction with its residents to encourage compassion and positive change.
Who they care for.
Respect for animals is not selective.
PureBeef believes responsible agriculture and compassion for animals belong together. Whether an animal is raised on a farm, shares our home, works alongside us, or lives in the wild, its life has value and deserves humane treatment. We support Alberta organizations that rescue, rehabilitate, protect and provide sanctuary to animals in need.
