Strathcona Raptor Shelter provides rescue and rehabilitation for injured and orphaned birds of prey in the Strathcona County area and beyond. Raptors receive appropriate care with the objective of returning releasable birds to the wild. The shelter also contributes to public awareness and education about raptors and the importance of protecting Alberta wildlife and the habitats these birds depend upon.
