Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary provides permanent sanctuary and specialized care for displaced wolfdogs while educating the public about the challenges and responsibilities involved in wolfdog ownership. Some residents come from situations where their needs could no longer be met in a conventional home. Through sanctuary tours and educational programs, the organization works to improve understanding of wolfdogs and reduce inappropriate ownership and abandonment.
